LTC DCO Deadline 2 (D2)

Deadline 2 (D2) – Thurs 3rd August 2023

This is the deadline for the following submissions:

• Comments on Written Representations
• Comments on Local Impact Reports
• Comments by Interested Parties (IPs) on NH’s amended proposed Accompanies Site Inspection (ASI) itinerary.
• Comments on NH’s amended draft DCO
• Comments on NH’s submissions at Deadline 1 (D1)
• Comments on any information requested by the Examining Authority (ExA) and received by D1
• Any further information requested by the ExA under Rule 17 of the EPR
• National Highways submission of documents 
• Local Authorities/Applicant – Updated SoCGs (if updated)
• Local Authorities/Applicant – Updated PADSs (if updated)

If you wish to make a written submission on any of the above, you should do so via the ‘Make a submission‘ page‘ by Deadline 2 (D2).

Deadline 1 submissions can be found on the PINS LTC webpages here. At the time of sharing this link PINS are yet to update the Examination Library, so please do check for that update so you can refer to the correct Examination Library reference number if you are making any representations.
