LTC DCO Preliminary Meeting Part 2
Preliminary Meeting 2 – Tues 20th June – Register by Procedural Deadline C (13 June)
Location: Online via Microsoft Teams*
Registration process: From 9.15am
Start time: 10am
Attendees: Invited Parties who have pre-registered
Purpose: The purpose of the Preliminary Meeting is for the ExA to decide how the application will be examined and to hear your views on examination procedure. This is a follow on from Preliminary Meeting 1.
Note: If Deadline C submissions don’t justify the resumption of the PM2 ExA may close in writing without Part 2 taking place. IPs should not rely on Part 2 to make oral reps about Examination procedure – Preliminary Meeting 1 takes place on 6th June for which you must register by Deadline B (26th May).
The Preliminary Meeting is not an opportunity for you to give your views on the application. The merits of the application will only be considered once the Examination starts, which is after the Preliminary Meeting has closed.

Agenda (as per Annex A in the Rule 6 letter):
Item 7 – The ExA will join, welcome participants and lead introductions
Item 8 – The Examining Authority’s remarks about written submissions received by Procedural Deadline C (13 June 2023)
Item 9 – Any procedural representations on matters that could not be raised at Part 1 of the Preliminary Meeting
Item 10 – Any other matters
Close of the Preliminary Meeting
The closing of the Preliminary Meeting marks the official start of the 6 month Examination period.
