LTC DCO – Procedural Deadline B

Procedural Deadline B is 23:45 on 26th May 2023

Relevance

• If you wish to speak at or attend Preliminary Meeting 1 on the 6th June 2923 you will need to register by Procedural Deadline B.  You can do this by completing the Event Registration Form by the deadline.  If you simply wish to watch Preliminary Meeting 1 you do not need to register.  Please note that Preliminary Meetings are purely in regard to the planning of the DCO Examination and comments on the merits of the LTC project will not be heard, that will come during the Examination stage.
• If you wish to make a written submission in regard to the Programming Meeting that took place on the 16th May 2023, you can do so via the ‘Make a submission‘ page‘ by this Procedural Deadline B.
• National Highways also have until this deadline to submit proposed Accompanied Site Inspection Itineraries to the Examining Authority.

Put simply, if you wish to make any comments on the Programming Meeting or participate in the Preliminary Meeting (Part 1) you need to do so by Procedural Deadline B, 23:45 on 26th May 2023.
