The ExA have announced that OFH3 concluded on 5th July 2023, so the reserved date of the 6th July is not required.
Open Floor Hearing 3 (OFH3) – Weds 5th July and Thurs 6th July (if required) – Register by Procedural Deadline C (13 June)
NB. On 15th June 2023 the agenda for OFH1 was published. Within the agenda it is stated that:
Anyone wishing to speak at OFH3 who has not already advised the Case Team of this, should request to be heard by 23:59 Thursday 29 June 2023 using the event participation form.

Purpose: The LTC DCO Open Floor Hearing 3 will be an opportunity for registered Interested Parties to communicate opinions about the proposed LTC project to the Examining Authority (ExA).
The 6th of July has been reserved for a continuation of the hearing taking place on the 5th, if required. However, it is expected that the hearing will conclude on the 5th and that this reserved date will not now be needed.

There will be further Open Floor Hearings (please see Examination Timetable). If you are able to attend a daytime hearing please consider registering for one of those to allow more opportunity for those who cannot to attend the evening hearings.

You do not have to register to simply watch the meeting. A link to the livestream of the meeting will be published on the project webpage and the livestream will begin at 10am. If the livestream does not initially work please try refreshing the webpage.

Making a written submission
Interested Parties will also have the opportunity to make written submissions after the Hearing prior to Deadline 1 (18 July 2023).
Equal weight is given to in person and written comments throughout the DCO Examination.
If you wish to make a written submission you can do so via the ‘Make a submission‘ page‘ by the deadline.
You will need to enter your unique reference number that was issued to you when you registered as an Interested Party.
Submissions must not include hyperlinks to documents/evidence hosted on a third party website eg technical reports, media articles etc.
Any submissions that exceed 1500 words should also be accompanied by a summary; this summary should not exceed 10% of the original text.
Electronic attachments should be clearly labelled with the subject title and not exceed 50MB.

Agenda
Will be published at least five working days in advance of the hearings that will set out the time at which individuals will be heard.
